Last year, we served more than
15 million pounds of local produce (which traveled no more
than 350 miles from farm to restaurant) including avocados,
bell peppers, jalapenos, onions and romaine lettuce. It’s just
another indication of our love affair with delicious ingredients
that started twenty years ago and is still going strong.
