FAQ
Ask and you shall receive.
- Where can I find your nutritional information?
- View the PDF here.
- Where can I find your allergen information?
- View the PDF here.
- Can I start a franchise or be involved in owning a restaurant in any way?
- Sorry, we are not franchising. Plain and simple...
- Where can I buy 25 or more gift cards at a time?
- Call our Bulk Order Gift Card line at 866.659.6922. Please only use this number if you are bulk-ordering gift cards.
They can be ordered immediately and shipped within 24 hours to arrive the following day. No shipping charges. - Where do I ask about sponsorship, in-restaurant fundraisers, donations, and our scrip program?
- Just go to our Philanthropy section of our website.
- I want to avoid gluten. What can I eat at your restaurant?
- Most people wanting to avoid gluten can eat anything we serve except for our wheat burrito tortillas, our soft wheat taco tortillas, and possibly our hot red tomatillo salsa (there is a small amount of distilled vinegar in it which some gluten-oriented websites still say might be problematic, although most don’t).
Everything else is fine to eat for most people wanting to avoid gluten, including our crispy corn tacos, our corn chips, and our burrito bowls (no tortilla). However, you should know that it’s possible our corn may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field.
If you are highly sensitive and would like us to change our gloves, we would be happy to do that at your request. Additionally, because our folks work with wheat tortillas all day long, there may be the possibility of cross-contact in our restaurants. We encourage you to carefully consider your dining choices. - I have certain allergies and specific questions regarding your food and diet. What do I do?
- Contact us on the Comment section of our website, and we'll be happy to help you further.
- I am a vegan. What can I eat?
- You should avoid our pinto beans (they are cooked with a small amount of bacon), meats (duh, I know), cheese, sour cream, and chipotle-honey vinaigrette.
- I am a vegetarian. What can I eat?
- You should avoid our pinto beans (they are cooked with a small amount of bacon) and our meats. Our cheese is made with a vegetable-based rennet, and our sour cream is 100% cultured cream. If your own personal vegetarian guidelines therefore allow you to eat these dairy items, then that's terrific. If not, then you should avoid them. Please note this information is different for those who choose a vegan diet.
- Where can I find out about new restaurants in my area?
- Sign up to our e-mail list(s) on the Tune-In section, and we'll send you e-mails from time to time to let you know we are opening a new location. And you can also ask us directly on the Comment section of our website.
- Where do I find a fax form to order burritos ahead of time?
- All of our fax forms are available under each restaurant listed on our Locations section. You can download them or print right from your browser (umm, provided you have a printer).
- How do I order food via the world wide web?
- You can do that on our Order section.
- When are you open?
- Most of our restaurants are open from 11 am to 10 pm every day of the week. This being said, there are a few that aren't. Find the number under the Locations section and give them a call to make sure. Additionally, we are closed on some major holidays like New Year's Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. And most of our restaurants have limited hours on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
