As a Kitchen Manager, you will train, schedule, recruit, and interview our employees in the world of all things kitchen. You also manage food orders and inventory, and develop future Kitchen Managers.

Our Service Managers take care of all front-of-house business, including interviewing, training, scheduling, and delivering the Chipotle experience to our customers. As an Apprentice to the General Manager, you will lead your restaurant in successful day-to-day operations. You will continue to train and develop your crew, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain budgets set by the General Manager. Under the capable instruction of your General Manager, you will complete a thorough progression through all the duties that will eventually be your secondary and primary responsibilities when you take the next step to becoming a General Manager.
