2

Set the empty racks on a table in a row.

3

Remove the warning labels from the pans.

4

Add the empty pans to the racks.

5

Fill each pan with about 1” of water – this water will create steam that will keep the food hot. Add enough so it doesn’t boil away.

6

Remove lids from fuel cans and place under pans.

7

Light fuel wick with matches provided – other matches or lighter will work too, but why not use the ones we give you?

8

Add pans of hot food on top of the pans of water in the order you see in restaurant – rice, beans, meat, fajita veggies.

9

Place cold food and chips at the end of the line.

10

Microwave soft flour tortillas in steam bag provided for 60-90 seconds.

11

Place soft tortillas, crispy taco shells, bowls, utensils and napkins at the front of the line.
