Q: I played Guac Hunter and gave you my information! Why didn’t I get my offer yet?

A: Good things come to those who wait. As long as you completed the boxes for your name and ZIP code, your offer should arrive within a day or two. Make sure you haven't texted opt-out keywords (like STOP, QUIT or CANCEL) to 888222 after submitting the form. If you have Sprint or T-Mobile, it’s possible short codes are being blocked by your mobile provider. You'll want to give them a call to clear things up. You also need to make sure you’re entering a valid mobile number. Sadly, our system doesn’t support Google Voice or landlines.


Q: I don’t have a smartphone! How do I get the offer?

A: Mobile offers are only available via a Smartphone device. Offers are delivered via text links that allow you to open the offer on a mobile web browser and save to Apple Wallet or Android Pay. You can sign up for email alerts via the footer of Chipotle.com if you’d like to get more information about Chipotle promotions and events.


Q: I just played Guac Hunter, but I got an error message. What’s going on?

A: Remember, you can only get the offer once. So if you’ve already filled out the form for some delicious chips and guac, we can’t send another freebie.

If this is your first time playing, it could be a javascript error related to your device or an issue due to really high click-through volume. All you need to do is exit out of your browser and try playing once more. If that doesn’t work, go to your settings and clear your browsing history and website data. You’ll also want to try enabling cookies on your browser.


Q: I received a text message with a link for a mobile offer but the link doesn’t work or I get an error message. How can I get the offer?

A: Don’t panic - free food is still within your hungry grasp. Make sure you’re opening the offer from your mobile device and that you have a strong signal or Wi-Fi connection. If you’re typing the link into your mobile browser, make you sure have typed it correctly.

Q: How do I know if my mobile offer is still valid?

A: Good question! Offers are good for only one use, so make sure not to share your tasty reward with friends or family. As long as you haven’t used it already or shared it, you can redeem the offer until April 10th at 11:59 pm EDT at any US or Canadian Chipotle.
