TENANT IMPROVEMENT ALLOWANCE

 

  • Tenant Improvement Allowance requests will be sent after the store opens, per the terms of Lease.
  • GC closeout packages can take up to 90 days to receive. If additional documentation is required, please allow up to 90 days after store opening for requests to be made.
  • Payment instructions will be provided along with the request.
